  Registration for the Spring 2010 baseball season will start soon. Registration forms and fee information may be obtained by downloading the registration form:

• How To Register

  There are several ways to register for SBLL:

  • Online
    Registration for 2010 Spring Ball is available online.
    

  • By Mail
    Download and print the SBLL registration form. Complete the form and return to SBLL along with required documents and registration fee. Mail registration to:

  • At Assessments
    Last minute registration will be taken at Assessment before the season starts. Assessments are scheduled for Saturday February 6 and Sunday February 21, at Fairview Indoor Practice Facility, 1501 Arthur Street, Louisville. You only need to attend 1 of the Assessment sessions. Save time by printing out and filling in the SBLL Registration Form beforehand. Bring all the necessary paperwork and fees with you. A $5 same-day registration fee will be added.

• Registration Details

  New players to SBLL need to provide

  • proof of residency (copy of a phone bill, utility bill, etc.) and
  • proof of age (copy of a birth certificate, passport, etc.)

  with their registration form and payment. Returning players need only to include proof of residency with their registration form and payment (checks made payable to South Boulder Little League).

  Please note that financial aid is available. Simply request a full or partial fee waiver by enclosing a brief letter explaining your need for this assistance. It is SBLL's goal to include every eligible child who wishes to play Little League Baseball.

  To sign up during open registration, complete the REGISTRATION FORM and send along with your PAYMENT, PROOF OF RESIDENCY AND PROOF OF AGE to the South Boulder Little League at the address above. Please note, refunds will not be granted after Opening Day.

  Please note that late registrations will be accepted and placed on a waiting list. The waiting list is maintained and managed by the SBLL Player Agent.

• Fees

  Fees for the 2010 season are:

• Refunds

  All refund requests must be made to the SBLL President in writing. Requests received by the SBLL President by the end of the day on April 9, 2010 will be provided a full refund of the prior fees paid (but will not include refund of any processing fees). After April 9, 2010, refund requests may be submitted to the SBLL President, but refunds will only be provided for medical-related issues and only in the amount of 50% of the prior fees paid (but will not include refund of any processing fees).

Registration is not complete until all documents are received by SBLL.
